...purchased a personal computer from a national chain computer store or on-line. You followed the setup instructions, but there is something that doesn't work. Calling the vendor results in:
    a) no answer
    b) no assistance
    c) returning the system to the vendor for repair at their factory.
...purchased a hot new game but during the loading process a message appears saying you have:
    a) insufficient memory
    b) not enough disk space
    c) CPU speed is too slow
...purchased a new scanner to save all those family photos, but the computer doesn't recognize the scanner and the software doesn't have an instruction manual.
